KK&W is far more than a company to me… It represents opportunity, trust, and the tangible results of persistence and belief. What began as a growing firm with vision has become a network of people, processes, and purpose that I am incredibly proud to have helped build. I am deeply grateful that KK&W saw value in me early on and entrusted me with the responsibility to help strengthen the organization.

When I was first recruited, I was brought in to fulfill a specific role. Over time, that role expanded as the company evolved into a key component of the organization. With advancement came opportunity… The opportunity to create systems and build structure that brought clarity, efficiency, and momentum. I didn’t just take on tasks; I helped build foundations that strengthened the whole. That trust has meant everything to me.

On a personal level, KK&W changed my life. After years as a stay-at-home mom, I worked in real estate to maintain flexibility while being present for my children. KK&W allowed me to continue on that path but with greater purpose, connection, and long-term vision. The flexibility to attend my kids’ sporting events while contributing meaningfully to a vibrant organization has been a gift I do not take for granted.

They took a chance on me at a pivotal time in both my life and the company’s progression. I am so thankful I accepted that challenge. These past nine years have been transformative. KK&W has given me professional confidence, lasting relationships, and a renewed sense of identity. More than colleagues, this team has become friends and family. I cherish each member and remain sincerely grateful for the trust, belief, and opportunity they have given me.
