Christy serves as Support and Development Specialist for KK&W Executive Search and Interim Club Management assignments, supporting search executives, client clubs, and candidates throughout the executive search and leadership transition process.
Previously, Christy served as Operations Lead with the Club Leadership Alliance (CLA), where she played a key role in managing operations, enhancing client engagement, and supporting governance initiatives focused on strengthening leadership within private clubs.
Christy brings more than a decade of industry experience to the KK&W team, including 13 years as Client Manager with Creative Golf Marketing, where she specialized in client relations and marketing strategy for private club organizations.
