- Monday – October 14th: Golf at the legendary Medinah Country Club in Medinah, IL (limited availability) followed by welcome cocktail reception 6:00 – 7:30 pm
- Tuesday – October 15th: Full day of education 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Registration fee of $225 per person includes welcome cocktail reception, continental breakfast, lunch and all conference materials in digital format. Golf is not included in the registration fee, but will be offered at a special rate.
