It is the process that makes Kopplin Kuebler and Wallace different. From the upfront due diligence to the background checking, we have a private investigator that looks into each and every one of our candidates to make sure there’s no surprises for our clients when they bring out a new leader. We also do emotional intelligence testing. We have many, many stages of interviews for each of the candidates. We’re part of the interview team at the club for first interviews. We also structure the second interview so the finalist can come back with their spouses and get to know the community and the club a little bit better. Finally, we do all of the negotiating at the end to make sure this thing gets over the finish line. I think that’s really what separates us from our competition.
