Well, just like the due diligence at the beginning is so important to get to know the club, we really want to get to know the candidates as well. So we do some emotional and intelligence testing. We have a private investigator that does background checking and referencing. We know these candidates very well before we bring them to our clients and we’re sure that they’re competent and qualified to do the job.
