One of the most important services that we provide to a club is what we call a strategic process. There was a time when clubs did strategic planning, and they would put together a very thick book of goals and objectives, and then that sat on the shelf and collected dust. Instead, what we now do is go to a club, and we take them through a strategic process. We really give them a template that they can use, and they can look at the four or five or six issues that they have as a club, and show them specifically how to identify that issue, how to work through some specific strategies and tactics to solve that issue, who’s going to be assigned to it, and what is the timeline. We found that’s been very effective in working with our client clubs and helping them to give them a template that they can use in terms of the strategic process going forward.
